Education Committee Background
The primary function of the Education Committee at the Muslim Council of Britain is to respond to enquiries for guidance on Islamic and educational matters. These are handled sensitively and with the appropriate level of care and consideration care by the professional members of our team. The Committee produces position statements on a wide variety of topics and is undertaking a review of the information and guidance book for schools.
మ Key on the calendar for this year is the upcoming annual conference on Saturday 22nd September at Kingston University in London, on “Raising Muslim Achievement: Parents, Curriculum & Schools”. A number of excellent speakers will be present who will also be running workshops in the afternoon
