| Annual Excel Award Ceremony Mon 15 Oct 2012 |

Dawatul Islam UK and Eire will be holding its Annual Excel Award Ceremony on Saturday 3rd November 2012 at the Darul Ummah Community Centre. The event is held to honour individuals for their outstanding achievements on exams in all levels including SATs, GCSEs, A Levels, Degrees, PGCEs and PHDs as well as for those who made excellent contribution for communtity projects.
If you would like to nominate individuals whom you know have achieved outstanding results in 2012, please fill in this nomination form.
Please note the closing date for receiving nominations is Saturday 27th October 2012.
Shaykh Abu Saeed, the President of Dawatul Islam UK and Eire will be the Chief Guest at the ceremony along with many other special guests.
