In the tenth year since since the 9/11 attacks Muslim communities in the West are still being cloaked in suspicion. David Cameron's recent speech has echoes of George W. Bush's notorious post 9/11 ultimatum to Muslims: 'you are either with us or you are with the terrorists'.
