Three organisations have joined forces to tackle this issue through a nationwide awareness campaign. The British Islamic Medical Association (BIMA), in cooperation with Cancer Research UK (CRUK) and the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB), will be conducting a series of talks this February in community centres, mosques, and local radio stations, to get the word out on the importance of timely cancer screening.
