In our society, Islamophobic hate crime is prevalent and much of this goes unreported. As the leading body tackling Islamophobia in Britain, the MCB has built this Hate Crime Reporting tool for individuals to report hate crime in order for us to collect data on how this affects the community. Click here to find out what we’re doing to tackle Islamophobia.

Hate Crime is defined by the Criminal Justice system as:

‘Any crime or incident which is perceived by the victim, or any other person, to be motivated by a hostility or prejudice, based on a person’s real or presumed religion, sexual orientation, race, gender identity or disability’
