The Muslim Council of Britain unequivocally condemns this latest war in the Middle East.
The fate of Iran should be decided by its people at the ballot box, not by missiles egged on by wanted war-criminal Netanyahu, an embattled US President and military-industrial complex CEOs who eye more oil fields and lucrative contracts.
We urge the United Kingdom, European partners and the wider international community to reject the dangerous doctrine of “might is right” and call to an end of the strikes. To abandon international law is to risk dragging the world back to the darkest chapters of the 20th century, where power prevailed over principle and civilians paid the ultimate price.
