Volunteer to become an MCB Visionary

The Muslim Council of Britain’s flagship leadership programme returns after a successful pilot year!

We invite you to embark on a transformative journey through our Volunteer Programme – designed to empower the next generation of British Muslim change-makers.

Whether your passion lies in community impact, public advocacy, or digital influence, volunteering with the MCB will equip you with the tools, training, and networks to rise confidently into leadership and serve your community with excellence.

Each role has its unique pathway yet all share one vision:
To nurture faith-inspired leaders who illuminate society with purpose, voice, and action.

“Let there be a group among you who call others to goodness, encourage what is good, and forbid what is evil – it is they who will be successful.” (Quran 3:104)
